In 2 she appears to be wearing a dress almost identical to the one you have chosen. I think that style would look good but 1 would as well. 1 is a big more fancy I think but really cute!

The first or second one...the first one if your going more fancy or to a more formal thing, the second one if its more of a casual outing..but if your gonna do the first one, get it done professionally, maybe even the second one, just because you want your hair to look awesome, and hairstylists know what to do

Your hair appears to be fine and thin. the first picture, you can believe that she has hair extensions to give her that kind of fullness. I think you need a really good cut, that is appropriate for your hair type and face shape. You do not want a cut that is going to make your hair look thinner, you want a cut that is going to make your hair appear fuller, so that you can have some lift off of your scalp.
