Which hair style do you like better?

I'm getting my hair cut very soon, and I'm stuck between hairstyles. I'm just getting bangs and maybe layers, but the bangs are what I'm looking at for both styles:

By the way, my hair is relaxed and I'm African-American. If anyone knows which cut would be lower matinence, I'd love advice on that too. Thanks!

I like number one because it is more suitable for a lower matinance person i have the same hairstyle all you have to do is tie it up at night and comb it out in the morning and spray it and go on with your day!plz pic me!

i am looking for a hair styling product that will help me spike my hair but i want a product that is easy to apply in my hair and wont make my hair sticky crunchy ar have that wet look.

I actually have a couple different products that I use. I use Got2Be spiking glue when I want hard spikes, because it works well and holds all day. The other product I use is a texture paste by Redkin. It works fairly well if the hair you are spiking is not very long (generally 1.5 inches or less) and doesn't make your spikes hard and crunchy, it looks very natural.

assuming you are a man(freddy), my man uses american crew forming cream. It has a nice hold and at the same time is very pliable. try it out, i bet you'll love it.

i have fairly long hair. it comes down almost to the middle of my back. it's layered and my bangs are grown out. it's kinda dark brown with natural light brown highlights in it. usally i just wear it down and straight. i really want to try different styles but i don't know what to do with it. any suggestions? my hair is very boring now. thanks:)

In my opinion, I think you should shorten it just a bit, maybe to your shoulders and keep it layered. If your bangs are grown out you can trim them, but if you want to try a completely different style, try curling it or creating waves, it'll give you that California girl look with out looking plastic. =]

i wouldnt damadge youre hair because it sound very pretty. Im thinking about having it a little more bouncy by getting the 'aussie' shampoo and try to have fun with it there are many things u can do bounce, curl, braids, anything really just get creative!

Try pulling half of your hair back and leaving some of your bangs swept to the side. Or, scrunch your hair and leave it down. Also, headbands can look great and are really inexpensive at places like Claires. Good luck!!!

depending on if you're attached to the length.... you could always try some honey colored highlights and just trim the ends and make the layers a little more choppy. also try teasing your hair with a comb. So easy and quick and Adorable. For references check out Avril Lavigne or Mandy Moore. You can either just tease the crown on pull your bangs back too.

I suggest below should length for a trim. Same thing choppy layers and get bangs that frame your face and maybe go for a darker brown that what you have.

What should my new hair style be?

I have longish wavy brown hair that is really boring for me. I have no bangs, no layers, just plain long brown wavy/curly hair. I have an oval shaped face and I think that i should get side bangs but would that look good? What hair styles do you think would look good with my physique?
