New long hair style?

I want a new hair style, with a longish swooping fringe from my right hand side to left, that ends in a soft point, and it being feathered/shaped but not from my face, from about half way down my neck. The best way i can describe it is to say a youngish Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) from eastenders hair style, but can only find pics with her having a normal fringe. Where can i find a pic of what im wanting , so i can show my hair dresser? Im pretty anxious about my hair and would die if it wrong......... :-)

Find a picture of Michelle Ryan in her role, then take it in to your hairdresser. You can probably find one on the web by calling up that particular film clip. If you can't find it, try drawing it. If you don't have any confidence in your ability to draw, then you probably know someone who can draw what you describe.

just tell your hairdresser that you want a side fringe cut in from the side that you want, they will have hair magazines in the salon that you can have a look through too if not type in fringes/side fringes on google images and see what somes up.

I have long brown straight hair- I think it's the best feature of me. i think that you should put it in a low ponytail that goes to the side, if you have longer hair curl it...

also pin up any bangs you have, but like in the bump way..

if your going swimming try a fishtail braids they are awesome! I had a pool party and i wore them and they stayed in the entire time (i have layered hair too) and they are really cute as pigtails if ya do them right, otherwise if you cant figure out how then try regular braids in pigtails or french braids. Here is a website that can tell you how to do braids.. (oh ya fishtail braids are also called heringbone braids)

Depending on where you live sort of demands which type of style in order to be "in style".

West Coast- people are way more laid back. Surfer, shaggy look and you'll fit right in.

Central- there is a good mix between the shaggy and the preppy. Depending on what you do and who your with, I think you can figure out what most guys do with their hair.

East Coast- Preppy. Nice hair is a nessecity. I personally like the slightly combed to the side look for guys BUT NOW COMPLETELY COMBED TO THE SIDE that is just ugly...classy guys are sexy-remember that

your clothes are good.....make sure you wear plain t-shirts sometimes to not look..wierd. as for hair, i like short to medium wavy hair, just not like down to your shoulders. that is gross when it is that long.

I like any of the hair you described. I like the short hair with the spikes the best it doesn't look like your trying to hard. I would add in blazers, button up shirts and screen tees. Blazers make any guy look even better. There are so many style and colors. My favorite outfit on a guy is a blazer, screen tee and jeans. The outfit can be for a causal outing or a date.
